Potato wedges with garlic and parmesan



This easy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges recipe will amaze you with its simplicity and amazing flavors of garlic, Italian herbs, and Parmesan flavors! They make a great side dish or party appetizer, too!

*ingredients

°4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
°2 teaspoons of salt
°2 teaspoons garlic powder
°2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
°4 tablespoons of olive oil
°¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
°dipping sauce

Blue cheese with parsley
ketchup
Queso
Artichoke and spinach
Greek yogurt mixed with ranch
salsa
mustard honey

*How to make potato

Cut the potatoes into wedges. Place the wedges in a bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and stir well to coat. In another bowl, mix Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder together

Sprinkle the seasoning over the potato slices. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the wedge.

Place each wedge on the baking sheet, skin side down. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Test with a fork to make sure the potatoes are tender
