Bubbel bread chicken biscuit casserole



This recipe has been a part of my family since I was little. I always go to my grandmother's house and she always cooks amazing dishes for me! Oh man, those were good times. This recipe is just one of the many recipes my grams taught me. Now, I will also share it with you. How cool is that? *Ingredients (8 servings)

°2 c grated cheddar cheese, divided
°3 c shredded cooked chicken
°2 tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
°2 cans of cream of chicken soup
°¼ C. crumbled cooked bacon
°1 C. sour cream
°12 oz. Refrigerated Biscuits, 12 oz

*How to make

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, soup, chicken, ranch dressing, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, and bacon.
Cut the biscuit into quarters.
Carefully mix the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture.
Spread the mixture into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-35 minutes.
