The moist, not-too-sweet cake pairs perfectly with the crunchy, nutty, pecan pie-like filling.
*Ingredients :
°Yellow cake mix: 1
°Vanilla pudding: 1 packet
°Eggs: 3
°Oil: 1/2 cup
°Water: 1 cup
°Light brown sugar: to taste
°Pecan nuts: to taste
°Butter: 1 stick
*Preparation :
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Cover the bottom of the pan with light brown sugar and spread the pecans over the butter and brown sugar.
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat 2 min at speed.
Pour the cake batter over the pecans in the pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.
Leave to cool before inverting onto a plate.
