This old fashioned peach cobbler recipe is not only extremely easy to make from scratch, but it's made with fresh or canned peaches so you can enjoy them all year round! This is one of my favorite family recipes from my mom, and while I'm biased, I think it's the best of the best!
*INGREDIENTS :
°7 large peaches, sliced.
°1 cup granulated sugar.
°3 tablespoons melted butter.
°2 teaspoons of baking powder.
°1 cup whole milk.
°1 cup of flour.
*INSTRUCTIONS :
Step 1:
I preheated the oven to 350 degrees F. And greased a skillet with melted butter.
2nd step:
In a large bowl, I whisked the flour, sugar and baking powder, then I mixed in the milk and mixed the batter very well.
Step 3:
I poured the batter over the melted butter and covered it with peach slices.
Step 4:
Then I sprinkled 3 tbsp brown sugar on top.
Step 5:
I baked for about 30 minutes.
SERVE AND ENJOY!!!
