Easy No-Peek Beef Tips (Slow Cooker or Oven) - Only a few ingredients, 5 minutes prep! Tender beef slow cooked, making for a delicious gravy!
*ingredients
°2 lbs beef bouillon cubes
°1 can of brown gravy (0.87 ounces)
°Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 ounces)
°1 can water (I use a can of cream of mushroom soup)
°1 envelopee beef onion soup mix (1.25 ounces)
°Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
*Directions
Spraying slow cooker with nonstick cook spray.
Add the beef to the slow cooker, and salt and pepper to taste.
In a medium sized bowl add the rest of the ingredients (soup, broth, water), mix well and then add to the well-covered ends of the beef.
Cooking on high heat for 3-4 hours, or on low heat for 6-7 h.
