Grilled chicken thighs




*ingredients:


•6 boneless chicken thighs (5-6 ounces each)

•2 teaspoons olive oil

•2-3 tons of chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning

•salt / pepper to taste


*Methods:


Heat grill to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on it.

Wipe the skin of the chicken with a paper towel to get rid of any moisture.

Put the chicken in the olive oil and season with the flavors, salt and pepper.

Place on rack and heat for 35 to 40 minutes or chicken to 165°F. 2-3 minutes.
