Texas sheet Cake





* Ingredients : 


+Cake Mixture

°2 cups flour for all purposes

°1 cup sugar

°1 teaspoon baking soda

°1/2 teaspoon salt

°1 cup unsalted butter

°1 cup of coffee may contain water

°1/3 Cup Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

°2 Large Eggs

°1/2 cup butter milk *

°1 teaspoon vanilla extract

°Fudge Ice

°1/2 cup unsalted butter

°1/4 cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder

°1/2 cup milk

°1 teaspoon vanilla extract

°Salt

°3C Sugar Powder


* Methods : 



Preheat oven 350 ° F and spray half a baking tray with a cooking spray. Set aside.

In  bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda & salt. Mix with a fork & set aside.

Heat a medium pot over medium heat. Add the butter once the butter is melted, add the water (or coffee). Stir in cocoa powder to smooth. Make this mixture boil.


Remove from heat and carefully pour into dry ingredients. Flip together.

Add the eggs to the cake mixture. My heart is to collect. Then pour the yogurt and add the vanilla extract. My heart is to collect.

Pour into half a prepared baking tray. Bake for 25 to 27 minutes. Time cake is baked, remove from oven and allow to cool.

Prepare the ice immediately, melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Add cocoa powder, milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix and add sugar powder. 


Removing from heat and pour the glaze on hot cake. Spread frost with a spoon if necessary. Let the cake cool before serving.

Butter yogurt: If you don't have yogurt on hand, you can pour 1/2 cup of milk, take out a teaspoon, then add a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice, leave for a few minutes. Then use in the cake mixture.


Sift the powdered sugar to reduce the lumps in decking.

If the cake works in the middle, it will not bake long enough.

Freezing instructions: If you want to freeze this cake, you can freeze the cake after making and freezing it. Leave the cake in the baking tray, let it cool completely. Then covered with plastic wrap, followed by a layer of alumunium
