Pineapple upside down cupcakes




*Ingredients:


°1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices, strainer, juice preserved

°1 Can Mix Yellow Cake

°1/2 cup vegetable oil

°3 eggs

°1/3 cup melted butter

°2/3 Cup Brown Sugar Packaged

°12 Marashino cherries cut in half


* Methods :


Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Spray 24 cups of regular-sized cakes with cooking spray.

Cut each pineapple slice into 4 pieces; Aside. In a large bowl, whisk the cake mix, oil, eggs and preserved pineapple juice with the electric mixer at a low speed of 30 seconds. Whisking at medium speed 2 mn, scrape bowl occasionally.

In a small bowl, stir the melted butter and brown sugar together. Place 1 1/2 teaspoon of butter mixture in each maven cup. Put 2 pieces of pineapple on top. Place half the cherries, cut upwards, in the center of the pineapple pieces. Put 1/4 cup of mixture in each cup.

Bake from 20 to 25 minutes . Awesome 5 minutes. Turn the knife around the edge of the cupcake to relieve; Turn on the cookie sheet.
