Olive bread, bacon and cheese



* Ingredients:

°Yeast 10g
°Salt 1 pinch
°3 . Eggs
°Olive oil 10cl
°Cheese 150g
°Green olives 150g
°200 grams of lamb
°Milk 100 ml
°Pepper
°Thyme

* Methods :

Warning: Before start your recipe, make sure milk is at room temperature

Preheat oven 180 ° C
First, in bowl of a food processor, placing flour, baking powder, eggs, salt, pepper, olive oil & milk. Then select speed 6 for 30 sec to mixing preparation
Secondly, we add Gruyere, olives, lamb and thyme.
Of course, you can adjust the seasoning if you wish.
Then select Speed 2 for 30 sec
Butter and flour cake mold to pour into preparation
Top with bacon slices
Finally, putting mold in the oven & bake for 45 mn at 180 ° C.
