Delicious beef stew



*Ingredients:

°1 pound beef stew meat

°2 tbsp all-purpose flour

°1 medium carrot

°1 medium potatoes

°1 garlic clove

°1/2 Medium Onion

°1 Laurel Paper (Dry)

°3 Springs or Fresh Tim

°1 spring fresh rosemary

°1 tbsp tomato paste

°1 tbsp better beef flavor than puillon

°2 tbsp red wine (optional) I ate some so I used a little.

°1/2 cup frozen green peas

°2 cups beef broth (low sodium)

*Methods :

In a deep bowl, add 1 tablespoon oil to heat, then add 2 tbsp flour to the beef coat, then remove the brown from the pot.

Add Now:

Cook the carrots, onions, garlic and cubes for 3 minutes.

Then add:

Wine red tomato paste, bay paper, Tim, a little black pepper, tablespoons of beef flavor better than puillon and rosemary, cook another 5 minutes.

Then add the beef broth over medium heat for 2 and a half hours.

After 2 and a half hours, add green peas to cook another 5 that belongs to you.
