Chinese pepper steak with onions!!

*Ingredients :

°1.5 lbs beef steak (I used thin round steak and cut it into strips)
°1 green bell pepper cut into thick slices
°1 red capsicum, cut to thick tranches
°1/2 onion cut into thick slices
°1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
°1 1/2 cups beef broth
°1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
°3 tablespoons of soy sauce
°1/4 teaspoon black pepper
°2 teaspoons of brown sugar
°1 tablespoon of cornstarch

*Methods :

Put the beef, peppers and onions in an electric pressure cooker.
Season, brown sugar, and soy sauce added over the beef/peppers.
Pour the beef broth into an instant pot.
stir until combined.
Add the lid and make sure it closes tightly. Set the pressure to high for 15 minutes.
When done with a quick release (or if you want the steak to fall apart, release normally)

Remove the cover and press the cancel button. Then switch the pressure cooker to frying mode.

In a separate small bowl, mix 1/4 cup cold water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch together. Then, stir the mixture of pepper slices into the mixing bowl.
Boil for 3 to 5 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.

Enjoy!
