°½ cup butter, 1 stick
°1 cup of sugar
°5 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 ½ cup flour
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°½ teaspoon of salt
°2 cups whole milk
°12 oz evaporated milk
°14 oz sweetened condensed milk
°1 1/2 cups whipped cream
°1 cup of sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla
*How to Make :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F also grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In bowl, combined butter & sugar and beat to smooth. Adding eggs and vanilla, beat to light and fluffy.
In bowl, sifting flour, baking powder & salt Time mixed, slowly adding dry ingredients to wet.
Transfering batter to prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 mn
Prick the top of the cake with a fork and let it cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, combine whole milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk. Pour milk mix on cooled cake and allow time for liquid to absorb.
In chilled bowl, whip heavy cream, 1 c sugar, & vanilla together to stiff peaks form. Spreading whip topping on cake once all milk has soaked.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired. Store the cake in the fridge and serve chilled.
