Ingredients:
+For the biscuits
°2 cups flour
°1 cup milk, cold
°⅓ cup sugar
°5 tablespoons butter (cold or frozen)
°4 teaspoons baking powder
à1 teaspoon of salt
°3 ounces blueberries, fresh or dried
+For the icing
°1 cup powdered sugar
°⅛ cup of water
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°½ teaspoon lemon juice
*How to make :
Preheat your oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, add and mix the salt, sugar, flour and baking powder. Add the cold milk and blueberries to the dry ingredients and mix. (Before you start baking your cookies, you should put a stick of butter in your freezer for about an hour.) Remove the butter from your freezer and break it into pieces. Spread the frozen powder pieces evenly over your cookie dough. Fold the blueberry cookie dough and knead.
Repeat this process until all the frozen pieces of butter are evenly distributed in the batter. Place or bake on a floured surface and roll out about 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut out about 6 cookies from the dough. Bake your cookies for about 7 to 12 minutes.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in your microwave and gently brush over the hot cookies.
Mix and stir with honey for glaze and drizzle over cookies.
Enjoy !
