Seafood salad recipe

What type of crab should I use in this crab salad recipe? I use imitation crab meat, sometimes called crabmeat or crabmeat. Don't think that even though it's not crab meat, it's not real seafood. That's why many people call the salad seafood salad.

I loved making this recipe so much that I made a crab salad sandwich out of it. My husband ate on a bed of lettuce and added cherry tomatoes. However you enjoy the recipe, if you had it as a kid, it will bring back those memories. Highly recommend the crab salad sandwich, it was delicious!

It's a great introduction to any seafood dinner and makes a great snack or appetizer.
