HOMEMADE MEATLOAF

*Ingredients:

°125 ml (12 cups) ketchup

° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) brown sugar

° 15 ml (1 tablespoon) mustard

°350g (about 3/4 lb) ground beef

°300g (2/3lb) ground veal

°180ml (3/4 cup) quick-cooking oats

°125 ml (12 cups) ketchup

°125 ml chicken broth

°60 ml of parsley

° 15 ml (1 tablespoon) yellow mustard

°2 scrambled eggs

° 1 chopped onion

° salt and pepper to taste

*Directions:

Preheat broiler to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix the ground hamburger and veal with your fingers. Join the other ingredients in the meatloaf, without pressing to readiness.

Line a 23cm x 16cm (9in x 5in) pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to show up on the flattest sides. Empty the mixture into the shape and level the surface.

In another bowl, mix the ketchup, the colored earthy sugar, and the Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture on the meatloaf. Heat it for 50 to an hour.

Discard the broiler and cover the meatloaf with aluminum foil. Let it stand 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the meatloaf mold by lifting the paper and placing it on a plate. Cut into pieces.

Enjoy !
