Chocolate wafer with cream

*ingredients

+ dough:
°4 eggs
°1 c (200 ml) powder sugar
°1 c flour
°3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
° 1 box of baking powder
° 1 packet of vanilla sugar
+ cream:
°1 liter of milk
° 4 tablespoons of flour
°4 tsp of potato or corn starch
1.5 cups of powdered sugar
° 2 eggs
°100 grams of butter
° 1 packet of vanilla sugar
°400 ml whipped cream
+ Coating:
° 200 ml whipped cream
°100 grams of milk chocolate

*Methods

Also beat eggs with sugar until foamy and also add sifted flour mixed with soda cocoa powder in parts. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (the larger the paper, the less dough) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
After baking, let it cool on rack.
For cream, bring milk, flour, starch, powder sugar, and eggs to a thick pudding. Also remove from heat with butter and vanilla sugar while still hot. Melt the butter and sugar in it when stirring. I stir it with a hand mixer and the cream becomes smooth too. Let it cool.
Finally, beat the cream until stiff and stir the pudding with an electric whisk.
Roll out part of the cake (cut off the edge), sprinkle the crumbled edges on top, and rub with the rest of the cream. Also smooth in a cool place.
Whilst the cream is really solid on the cake the top is covered with chocolate icing - to do this heat the cream add the chocolate pieces also melt while stirring

Enjoy!!
