*Ingredients:
°1 uncooked (9-inch) pie crust
°1 cup light corn syrup
°1/2 cup granulated sugar
°3 eggs
°2 tablespoons of melted butter
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°1 cup pecan halves
+Optional: whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
*Directions:
Preheat oven 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Stirring in pecan halves until evenly mixed.
Pour mixture to unbaked pie crust.
Place the pie on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling has set and the crust is golden brown.
Taking it out of the oven and let it cool totally.
Serving pie chilled or at room temperature, top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desire.
