*ingredients:
2/3 c. minute rice
2 3/4 c. Milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ghee
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
*Methods:
Combine rice, milk, raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in a 1-quart baking dish.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for an hour, stirring after 15 minutes and again when the pudding is done.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve it warm or chilled. The pudding thickens as it stands.
