Sloppy Joe grilled burrito



*INGREDIENTS:

°2 lbs lean ground beef
°½ C onion (chopped)
°¼ C red pepper (chopped)
°¼ C green pepper (chopped)
°1 tbsp salt, pepper, garlic salt
°½ t dry mustard
°½ cup ready-made cheese sauce, see recipe under, “Sauces”
°½ C grated cheddar cheese, or use your favorite
+cheese
°For Sloppy Joe's Sauce:
°½ c ketchup

°3 T Worcestershire sauce
°1 ton of brown sugar
°Salt, pepper, onion and garlic salt
°4-6 large flour tortillas (wheat can be substituted)
°1 t oil

*instructions

Mix the minced meat with your spices.
Over medium heat, brown the ground beef, about 6-8 minutes.
Add the onions, red and green peppers, and continue to cook for another 2 minutes, until the vegetables have softened. stay warm

In a separate bowl, mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Mix well. Pour over beef, and keep warm.
Using a large tortilla, add mixture to center.
Add the cheese sauce over the beef mixture. Put grated cheese on top. Fold into the burrito and fry in oil, 1 minute per side, over medium heat. Serve hot.
