Homemade pancakes



*Ingredients
 

°1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

°3 tsp. Baking powder

°1 tsp. salt

°1 tbsp. sugar

°1 1/2 cups of milk

°1 egg

°3 tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)

°1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add milk, eggs and melted butter. Whisk until completely smooth. Mix in the vanilla.

Over medium heat, grease a skillet, griddle, or skillet over low heat. Make sure the pan is fully heated before cooking the pancakes. Pour about 1/2 cup of the batter onto the skillet in circles. ** I used a cupcake scoop to make them the same size. Bake until bubbles form in the batter, then flip the pancake. Cook until light brown on both sides. Continue with the remaining mixture. Serve warm with syrup (or any other toppings you prefer - butter, jam, honey, fruit). Enjoy :)!
